Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a few of the Frequently Asked Questions we’ve had, or that we ourselves have asked when doing other rooms. If you don’t see an answer to your question, get in touch with us via email or Facebook, we cannot always answer phone calls unfortunately.
Please check our booking site for up-to-date pricing.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, you will be turned away. This allows us time between bookings to make sure you get the best experience, allowing our team to reset the room fully and allow other teams the chance to receive a debrief.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your timer will start without you, and no refund will be issued.
Please check terms and conditions for late fees and cancellation fees.

Be comfortable! You will be searching high and low, you may have to get down to the floor and we use CCTV and really don’t want to see anything you wouldn’t show to Grandma! We also recommend sensible footwear. You may have to walk upstairs if you need the loo or are playing one of our upstairs games. There’s also a high chance you’ll be standing for about an hour. You can arrive in heels and change if you want. We reserve the right to forcefully remove any studded boots such as football boots or stilettos as they may damage the flooring.
Whilst two of our rooms are downstairs (Death in Hollywood & The Combeback Tour) and we have carefully measured spaces and doorways to allow for our disabled friends to join us, unfortunately we are unable to change the layout of the building meaning our only toilet facility is upstairs. The rooms also involve some elements of searching high and low so one person within a team is going to need to be able to get on the floor and have a look around etc, but there are many wheelchair friendly puzzles to keep you busy. Please call ahead before booking.
Sure, as long as they are well behaved and you call us ahead to let us know! Your pupper must be toilet trained and on a lead at all times. We may even be able to hide a few yummy treats for them to find whilst you play! But we will always ask permission first!
You will never be physically locked in a room, you will have access to the main hallway at all times. This does not mean you have an easy escape. This is for emergencies only. In the case of fire or medical emergency, all magnetic locks will automatically unlock.
We are open 10am to 10pm every day. There may not always be someone at the venue for walk-ins so please call us so we can fit you in.
